The contemporary society shows an undeniable technological advance. This premise takes to a reflection on the kind of relationship that is established between these two actors. It is common the apocalyptical and integrated intellectual production, basically stuck to questions of cause and effect. The analysis must be dialectical and, therefore, other levels must be involved. The most important discussion is about the comprehension, for instance, the kind of state, the model of society and how this society is going to use this technology.
