摘要
Facing to a generalized crisis where the educational system is so cracked due to the different situations, difficulties and diverse causes, the teacher's role is of significant Importance, because it is him who impels and generates knowledge in his pedagogic practice. It is the teacher who manages not only knowledge, but also human resources, materials, among others that allow him to fulfill roles and functions proper of the position he occupies. In this sense, in order to optimize his practice as a planner, organizer, leader and supervisor of processes which are not only the functions of a high management supervisor, but also in the classroom, it is necessary to create and to implement a model of evaluation of the teacher performance at the initial level as a classroom manager taking into account his formation, the roles and the functions he fulfills to optimize the educational system in general.
