Professional project and uncertainty on the labor market

Due to the increasing flexibility of modern economies, both the labor market and the evolution of employment have become more uncertain. The behaviour of youngsters in terms of vocational orientation, choice of formation and choice of employment has evolved to adapt to this uncertainty.
