Thanks to his many years of service in Brazilian Foreign Relations, Ambassador Roberto Abdenur is able to offer a unique personal perspective on the relations between his nation and China, Germany, and the United States. Serving in these three countries allowed him to follow the bilateral relationships during times of crisis and calm, and, in the end, allows him to draw conclusions about the future of Brazil's foreign policy, as well as offer comments on changes that he imagines for the future of international policy.
