TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AS A COMPONENT OF THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS

摘要
This work aims to sustain the argument that points out the style of transformational leadership as the most suitable for Private Institutions of Social Solidarity (PISS) deal with the challenges that are currently subject area of human resource management (HRM). Based on a literature review seeks to identify key strengths and threats in the context of HRM of the PISS, presenting the main features of the theoretical model of transformational leadership and explain the reasons that lead to the conclusion that this style of leadership is the more appropriate for these organizations. We suggest the implementation of research seeking to understand the specific organizational culture and HRM in the PISS, which measure the results of the practices that have been implemented in recent years and help these organizations to identify effective practices in HRM.
