摘要
Two series of first-row transition metal complexes based on triazolehemiporphyrazines were prepared by reaction of the free ligands 3a and 4a with the corresponding metal(II) salt. Compound 4a was prepared either by condensation of the pyridine derivative 5 with 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole or by reaction of the three-unit triazole 6 with 2,6-diaminopyridine. Compounds 3 and 4 were characterized by elemental analyses, IR and FAB-MS. Metallotriazolehemiporphyrazines 3 show electrical conductivities in the range 5 x 10(-12) -2 x 10(-10) S/cm. Oxidation of metal complexes 3 with iodine give doped compounds which show increased conductivity in comparison with the precursors. Doped (iodine) copper triazolehemiporphyrazine 3f shows semiconducting properties (1.0 x 10(-6) S/cm).
