A STUDY OF PHASE-TRANSFORMATIONS IN HIGH-NITROGEN MARTENSITIC AND AUSTENITIC STEELS BY CALORIMETRY AND INTERNAL-FRICTION METHODS

摘要
The temperature dependences of internal friction and Young's modulus in the temperature range 20-1000 degrees C and of heclt capacity in the temperature range 100-850 degrees C of high-nitrogen martensitic and austenitic chromium steels are presented. nle decomposition of the solid solution in quenched martensitic steels (up to 0.72 wt% N) and in austenitic steels (up to 0.90 wt.% N) is studied. The phase transformations in these steels are discussed.
