摘要
External optical-absorption anisotropic radiation thermal detectors based on the thermal-conductivity anisotropy effect are considered. Expressions are obtained for the volt-watt sensitivity, the noise equivalent power, and the time constant of thermal detectors made not only from single crystals but also from artificially anisotropic optimized materials, and the parameters of detectors based on them are given.
