WHAT CAN BE LEARNT FROM THE NEW UA4/2 DATA

摘要
A careful analysis of the new data of the UA4/2 collaboration reveals that these data give an essentially large value of the rho = ReT(s, t)/Im(s, t) that does not contradict the early UA4 experiment. There are grounds for thinking that this experiment reveals for the first time a real possibility of the existence of the spin-flip amplitude at superhigh energies in the range of small transfer momenta.
