摘要
New construction and main design data of the three hot-blast stoves with close standing combustion chamber for blast furnace No. 9 of the Thyssen Stahl AG in Duisburg-Hamborn. Description and main features of the ceramic burners. Structure of the investigations performed: homogenization of velocity distribution, investigation of the inflow and check of the mixing properties, hot measurements, measurements in production. Flow and mixing investigations with isothermal models: two-dimensional burner model - control of the flow of gas and air in individual ports of the burner, velocity profile at outlet from the burner mouth; three-dimensional burner model - application of the design improvements worked out for the individual ports to all gas and air ports of the entire burner, variables affecting the uniform mixture of gas and air. Determination of the CO burn-up rate: measurements in a hot model, measurements in production. Conclusions.
