摘要：
A selective medium was developed for the detection of Listeria monocytogenes, L. innocua and L. welshimeri by impedimetric assay. Addition of 21 mg l-1 proflavine hydrochloride and 20 mg l-1 moxalactam to glucose-enriched nutrient broth suppressed the impedimetric responses of Gram-negative and other Gram-positive test micro-organisms, permitting the quantitative detection of the three Listeria species within 36 h.
