The Importance of the Knowledge about Professional Opportunities in Laboral Relations Grade

The aim is to present a project whose main purpose was to show students first Labour Relations which are the outputs, competencies and skills required and its relation to the matters under consideration of their qualifications. The project is particularly directed to the group of students who have followed the Educational Innovation Project (PIE) for 2005-2009. To try to attain the objective pursued, it has had the participation in the project of teaching faculty who taught in the PIE and a group of professionals from outside the university, directly linked to these studies. These professionals made the conferences that routinely contained a job description, admission requirements, functions, duties, skills required, competencies required, rewards and difficulties in the exercise of the profession.
