摘要：
Past, present and future state of the Universe are determined by the equations E = 0 (1) and R = c (3), two a priori's for the expanding Universe. They lead to plausible values for the present Mass M and Radius R. They lead to an expression for rho = M/V, identical in structure with the Einstein-Friedman formula; there is only a difference of 3-pi/4 in a numerical factor. Space, Time and Matter have a beginning at t = 1/h = 5 X 10(17) sec = 16 x 10(9) years ago, where R = 0, t = 0 and M = 0.
