摘要：
A multi-disciplinary research project on water disinfection using UV radiation was carried out under laboratory conditions as well as in selected pools and waterworks. The influence of UV radiation on physical, chemical and microbiological properties of water was determined. The report describes prototype devices and disinfection systems, as well as methods of determining UV radiation dose and alpha absorption coefficient.
