摘要：
An ultrasonic test system designed and developed by the Institute for Nondestructive Testing of the Fraunhofer Society (IzfP) in Saarbrücken is described. The test system uses a precision robot for autonomously acquiring and adapting itself to free-form surfaces, and to perform the high frequency ultrasonic test. Each of the three rotating and bending axes of the precision robot from Bodenseewerk Gerätetechnik GmbH (BGT) has directly driven DC motors and high accuracy optical angle sensors. The acquired data is transmitted to a workstation to produce a convenient graphical representation and visualized in real time by means of a high-speed graphics processor.
