The syntheses or three niobium(IV) amido complexes. tetrakis(diphenylamido)niobium(IV), bis(bistrimethylsilylamido)dichloroniobium(IV) and bis(bistrimethylsilylamido)dibromoniobium(IV), are reported as well as the X-ray crystal Structure of the homoleptic amide.
