摘要
Central Asia has become with the end of the Cold War a new playground for great powers, including automatically the two giants as Russia and China. Between strategic military, energy and political issues, these direct neighbors of Central Asia are using that central area as a tampon for their own security. It appears that China and Russia have some identical both interests and threats. Does it mean a next or future alliance between the two countries? Not necessary.
