摘要
This article presents innovative methods, content and ways to teach Comparative Law, aiming to inspire new models of learning, while stressing that each professor is autonomous teaching the class, and will surely give it a particular touch related to his or her own experience. As there is no a unique teaching method for Comparative Law, the diversity of pedagogical tools, may vary depending on the institution and professor. The present article will briefly introduce what is Comparative Law, and the objectives behind its teaching in Law Faculties. This will be followed by a presentation of the content that is most suitable and recurrent when teaching Comparative Law, addressing theoretical but also practical aspects. In addition, teaching methods used by multiple professors and institutions in different countries will be introduced. Finally, this article will explore innovative methods which take advantage of international mobility and technological advances for the rapprochement of students and professors with specific pedagogical purposes.
