摘要：
The problem of writing a fuzzy subgroup of a group G as a union of two fuzzy subgroups has been discussed by Dixit et al. In this paper an attempt has been made to study this problem further in a broader framework of nontrivial decomposition of a fuzzy subgroup. Thus something more than the settlement of the question - of the possibility of having nonequivalent fuzzy subgroups in this union - raised by the authors at the end of the Section 3 of their paper, has been proved.
