摘要
In this study a possible application of photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) on skim milk powder and UF milk protein concentrates is presented. Measurements were made in the 200-400nm wavelength range. Photoacoustic spectra of milk protein concentrates compared with the photoacoustic spectra of amino acids.
