摘要：

This paper reviews the concept of one of the basic personality traits, 'self-trust, and describes a tool for measuring it - a questionnaire "A Technique for Exploring Self-Trust" developed by N.B. Astanina. The questionnaire was tested on a sample of adults. Analysis of validity and reliability showed satisfactory outcomes proving that the questionnaire can be applied in research.
