EXISTENCE OF LINDAHL EQUILIBRIA IN ECONOMIES WITH NONCONVEX PRODUCTION SETS

In this article, we establish the existence of Lindahl equilibria in an economy with public goods which may exhibit increasing returns to scale or more general types of nonconvexities in the production sector. This result generalizes several previous results in the literature. We give a simple proof by using an auxiliary economy with an enlarged space of goods. © 1991.
