In this paper we give necessary and sufficient conditions for the hyponormality of the Toeplitz operator T phi on the weighted Bergman space A D-2((alpha)) for phi(Z) = (alpha) over bar_(3)(alpha) over bar_(1)(z) over bar + alpha(1)z + alpha(3)z(3) and phi(z) = (alpha) over bar_(3)(z) over bar (3) + (alpha) over bar_(2)(z) over bar (2) + a(2)z(2) + alpha(3)z(3.)
