摘要
Informational-Actorics is defined as an information system for self-controlling and movement coordination of complete productive facilities, built-in and functional integrated into its electrical single-drive actors by using these electric-motors as an "informational system". The first example of a complex cartooning machine system shows the great advantages of the built-in integration from an informational system and Actorics. It reduces its weight and volume to less than the half of former machines and gives so far unknown flexibility of production processes. The second example given deals with so-called "intelligent standard motors" that explains the success of "sensorless" self-controlled electrical Actors. The advantages of functional integration of several additional components of textile spindledrives are an extreme reduction of additional functional tasks, components and costs. Last but not least the necessity and benefit of intelligent movement-coordination and of strategies for self-managing faults of productive processes are explained by the example of dosing and filling-out-machines. The domination of electrical Actors for integration of the different system components consists in using the same electrical energy type for electrical power converting as well as for informational technology. Altogether Informational-Actorics change the paradigm in developing electrical drive systems.
