摘要：
Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) assessment is an important measure of the impact of the disease, effect of treatment and other variables affecting people's life. The review was focused on the assessment of HRQoL in patients with cardiovascular diseases by appropriate tools. This interest in quality of life caused development of many questionnaires. QoL can be assessed with health profile questionnaires that are either generic or specific. Both generic and specific questionnaires have advantages and disadvantages and must be evaluated within the context of the needs of particular study.
