Psychosocial risks of workers. Subjective and intersubjective effects of labor precarization

摘要
We present some tendencies and findings found within the framework of the UBACyT P015 project, "Workers' psycho-social risks. Subjective and inter-subjective effects of labor precarization", Instituto de Investigaciones, Facultad de Psicologia-UBA. Dysfunctional psycho-social factors, and/ or its deepening in terms of risks in certain working practices, can be undergone as dissatisfactions and subjective and objectives malaises, putting obstacles to citizen integration. For this reason, the general aim of the project consists of exploring the subjective and intersubjective dimension of the psychosocial risks related to the new practices of work and assistance. Qualitative techniques were used: focus-group, in depth interviews and interviews to experts; and quantitative: questionnaire VALMOB. At quantitative level, we will set out the first tendencies regarding the analyzed factors: Relacionality; Intrusivity; Affective and emotional climate; Disqualification and Group of symptoms. Of the qualitative dimension, we will unfold some of the categories and social uses of labor violence that, by discourse analysis, arise from the stories of groups differentiated by the labor context and its experiences in the work market.
