摘要
The survey by the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists mentioned earlier showed that over half the fellows were involved in some form of teaching. It therefore seems logical to spend time learning how to teach better so that those being taught can learn more effectively to become good anaesthetists. It is a privilege to have the opportunity to teach and train young anaesthetists. They can be inspired by good teachers to become good practitioners and thus raise the standard of the specialty and the care they give their patients. Hopefully something in this chapter will help the reader to improve his or her skills as a teacher. © 1994 Baillière Tindall.
