摘要
The article presents the theoretic-methodological conceptions that the author assumed to design teaching tasks with a pedagogical-professional approach to favor motivation towards teaching as a profession. The objective of the work focused on a proposal of teaching tasks to promote the pedagogic formation of the students since they begin in first year. Analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction were methods used theoretically. From the empirical methods, the author made use of the survey to determine the level of motivation of the students towards teaching as a profession and the interview which permitted to obtain information in relation to the procedures teachers used to favor motivation in class. The proposal of teaching tasks contributed to raise the motivation of the students towards the profession they chose.
