摘要：

The construction of a descriptive, elucidative and predictive theory established in consistent scientific parameters has been the search of all researcher of science. Amongst the theories more recently elaborated is the Theory of Social Representations, conceived by Moscovici from 1961. In this article, this theory will be criticized in its fundamental principles. For this, at first, a brief sketch of the theory will be delineated, and then, the critic will be presented.
