Some requirements for reading and writing learning: phonological awareness and oral language skills

This study focuses on giving details about basic requirements for effective learning to read and write. After an exhaustive review of the literature, the concept of requirement was defined, so that some important key elements may be later introduced to students. In this case, special attention was put to oral language skill and phonological awareness. Other requirements were also considered because they help to improve reading and writing as well as other learning processes.
