Gender iniquity in the organizations. A Latinamerica view

In order to understand the role of the feminist movement in the present situation of the women in Latin America, it is important to make a brief check of this movement throughout its history showing the differences in the business and political environment. This paper shows some of the most important ideas of gender differences. The meaning is to understand the place occupied by Latin America women nowadays. In spite of the fact that at present women have a preponderant role in the making decisions process in business and politics, this is not under equal conditions compared with men.
