摘要
The aim of this study was to think teacher training for ethnic-racial diversity from educational experiences of teachers in higher education in located in the state of Minas Gerais. Although restricted to very few teacher educators significant actions are being developed in initial training and continuing, in order to develop in primary education schools a qualification that responsive to the needs of our time, able to reframe the meaning of being a teacher contemporaneously, where diversity is respected. It is proposed that the key elements of Africanities, marking the african-Brazilian cultural identity are integrated into formal educational processes, stating the black and indigenous as historical agents, ethnic and cultural, with critical sense and with visions of their realities.
