摘要
A mathematical model of the electrochemical formation of spherical surfaces, which allows to predict the accuracy of processing, depending on the angle of inclination of the surface of the tool (theta) to the direction of feed (SK). The experimental verification of the mathematical model. The regions of values of operational parameters of electrochemical formation of spherical surfaces of small diameter in the details, made of alloy CNT-16 that achieve high performance processing, the accuracy of formation and the desired surface quality.
