摘要：

The objective of the article is focused on perfecting the work of the main professor of the academic year in Cuban universities. An analysis of its function is carried out in the process of integral formation of Higher Education Institutions, identifying their particularities and regularities. As a result, a methodology for the determination of management competencies is conceived, in correspondence with the requirements in heis. For the evaluation of the proposal, the expert criterion is applied by means of the Delphi method.
