New Cinema in the Context of the Technologies of Information and Communication and the New Technological Devices

This current paper analyzes and describes the transformations generated in films by the emergence of new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and new technological devices in recent years. With the advent of the Internet has changed the cultural content, that added to the choices of sites like Youtube or Vimeo allow wider dissemination, and this has given rise to "new forms of filmmaking", allowing a reconfiguration of the author as producer of a work. We will present open productions and embodiments that are currently underway, focusing on the eyes of the filmmakers, the current experiences of promoting and financing, such as registration of authorship of them outside of conventional formats.
