摘要
The reference system approach developed in the electron liquid theory is generalized for the case of the two-component Fermi system model with a long-range interaction between particles. The degenerate subsystems of non-interacting particles are considered as a reference system. The general relations are shown for a simple model, i.e. degenerate electroneutral two-component Fermi system model of charged particles. Some energetic and structural characteristics of this strongly non-ideal model in the metal phase are obtained.
