摘要：
The article is devoted to the problem of the adequacy of the legislative list in the RF Federal Law dated November, 23rd, 2009 1 261 ''About energy-saving and about energy efficiency enhancing and about modification of the certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation''. The article identifies on the basis of critical analysis a number of defects to use this mode of the legal technique in this Act, and also recommendations about their elimination are defined.
