摘要
The article focuses on the influence of work productivity demotivators on teachers' occupational health. It is emphasized that the presence of demotivating factors in the professional pedagogical activity creates preconditions of teacher's occupational health risks. The author's definitions of "occupational health" and "occupational health risks" are presented. The results of empirical research of one of the risk groups of teachers' occupational health risks Demotivators of work productivity, such as emotional exhaustion, monotony, dependence on others, negative assessment of teacher's work and negative assessment of a teacher by him-herself as a personality and a professional are analyzed. The specificity of the negative influence of professional environment factors on teachers' performance and basic reasons for the destruction of teachers' professional motivation are analyzed. It has been noted that the problem of demotivation of professional pedagogical activity is that the conditions of professional environment, adversely affecting the structure of the professional motivation of an employee, depreciate the individual sense of a teacher's work, and demotivators of work productivity can be considered as one of the factors of teachers' professional health destruction. The results of the research, which indicate that professional activity creates constant emotional stress for a teacher and affects his/her state of occupational health, are commented upon. The main symptoms of teachers' burnout, which becomes a fertile ground for the formation of emotional deficiency and emotional aloofness, are determined. It is shown that there are positive correlations between the factor of "emotional exhaustion", certain factors in the risks group "Demotivators of work productivity" and the factors which formed the risks group "Destructive communicating". It is determined that a key factor of teachers' productivity demotivation is emotional exhaustion, which significantly affects the consistency of teachers' professional needs and possibilities and causes violations of their occupational health. It was concluded that revealing demotivating factors, determining their place in the structure of teacher's professional motivation will allow to take measures for their elimination and develop the system of measures preventing demotivation states. Thus, it will improve teaching motivation and its orientation at health maintenance and support.
