摘要：
A comparative study of six commercial ELISA kits, seroneutralization and passive hemagglutination was run in 4 laboratories. The sudy used 151 field or experimental sera. Agreement and reproducibility, as well as interpretation levels of the results were checked. The eight reactions agreed for 74.1 per cent of the samples. Five classes of tests were found according to sensitivity. The neutralization test was found irregularly reproducible. Even at equal sensitivity, all tests did not fit to analysis of mixed samples.
