摘要
Mechatronics provides manufacturers with a significant potential to generate innovative products. Many companies in machine and plant engineering see mechatronics as a crucial factor in creating value. However, the processes of the majority of companies have not yet changed sufficiently. This can be demonstrated using the BESTVOR maturity model. It is demonstrated that the development process depends on various organizational and project specific factors which must be taken into account in the design of mechatronic development processes.
