摘要
Puberty is a criteria of fertility. The puberty of gilts may be affected by breeding and keeping. Hormone preparation are used in some pig farms for control production process. The aim of this paper was to investigate in a theoretical model the possibility of genfrequence changes for first oestrus by hormone application of sows for a long time. It was estimated that in a breeding stock of 1000 sows over ten generations less then one boar and four sows obtain a homozygote recessive gen for fertlity. A connection between genfrequence and an increase of age of puberty is not aspect by hormone application.
