摘要
In intrinsic ferroelectric SrTiO//3 a glass-like behavior exists below 1. 5 K. The linear contribution of the heat capacity in polycrystalline SrTiO//3 can be caused by a superposition of many Schottky terms with different energy splitting lying close together.
