摘要：
The author analyzes the EU approach and programmes of the International Development Assistance (IDA). She particularly describes the main IDA recipients and priority areas for Germany, the main European donor in the field of the development aid. The author analyses the correlation between German national and EU common actions, interests, and policies in the sphere of international development.
