摘要
This article relates to the issues of resource diversity and principles of legitimacy within school environment and consequently, the recruitment of its "elite". However, it is limited to present analysis results of the relationship between the process of obtaining a doctoral degree in sociology and the admission as a university professor. More specifically, the empirical material focuses on the relationship between the position of the respective professional path of the new doctor and that of his supervisor and members of his thesis examination board. The general hypothesis is that these relations between obtaining a doctoral degree and starting the career consider both competition between titles and school capital as social relations capital.
