ADHESIVE ACTIVITY OF PHAGOCYTES IN PATIENTS WITH MYOCARDIAL-INFARCTION

摘要：
Test of spontaneous and specific (in presence of myocardial antigen) adhesion of phagocytes and of their spreading on glass surface was used in patients with first myocardial infarction on days 1 - 4 and 5 - 7. Despite similar involvement of coronary arteries patients with enhanced spontaneous adherence (adhesion) of phagocytes had larger areas of necrosis and decreased injection fraction. At the same time among patients with similar necrotic area in those with enhanced specific adhesive capacity of phagocytes a more pronounced zone of dyskinesia with decreased left ventricular pump function was formed.
