摘要
The author of the article analyses the peculiarities of the organization of research activities in higher educational institutions, which help to ensure the quality of the specialists training. The author proves the idea that research activities, which pervade the system of training future teachers during the entire period of study in higher pedagogical institution is characterized by a close inter-subject relationship, it foresees that the students do a lot of methodology research work, it contributes not only deepening and broadening the knowledge, but it also stimulates the development of independence, creativity, intellectual abilities of each individual. The scientific work of students becomes an integral part of members of the educational process in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The results contribute to improve the learning process, creating favorable conditions for the effective preparation of competitive and highly skilled professionals. The main purpose of training and education is the transfer of students from the object to the subject of activity and management. This means that as a result of training and education the student has to acquire skills of self-education and self-identity. Autonomy is the most essential feature of a man as a person and as a subject of activity. In this sense, autonomy can be understood as a property of the individual and as a criterion of maturity in a given field of social practice. In the field of cognitive activities we can talk about the scientific independence. One of its manifestations is the students' scientific and research work. The scientific and research work that pervades the system of training of future teachers throughout the period of study in higher educational establishments is characterized by tight system of interdisciplinary relationships, provided by students' research methodology, is not only the deepening and broadening of knowledge, but also enrichment of the students' outlook that encourages development of autonomy, creativity and intellectual abilities of each individual. The priority areas for further research is the development of guidelines for specific types of students' research as an element of the creative groups in college teaching.
