摘要：
A simple method for purification of heat-labile enterotoxin produced by enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli and for purification of cholera toxin using immobilized D-galactose column is described. A single run of column chromatography yielded homogeneous toxin as demonstrated by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide slab gel electrophoresis. © 1994 Academic Press.
