摘要
The manufacturing features of preparation of high porous Si3NH4 and sialons which permit to vary the total porosity within 40-75%, the structural parameters and phase composition are discussed. The results of the temperature strength, corrosion resistance in nitrogen, air, vacuum and helium, thermal conductivity, and thermal shock are introduced in order to estimate the operating possibilities of thermal protective ceramics. It is demonstrated that the strength, thermal shock resistance and corrosion rate are mainly determined by the configuration and dimensions of the framework elements and pores.
