摘要
Lithium tetraborate, Li//2B//4O//7, is a suitable glass-ceramic material for thermoluminescence (TL) dosimetry. The crystallization of the material as well as the presence of activators is necessary to obtain a high sensitivity in the TL response. It is the purpose of the present report to investigate further the role of activators by using terbium and cupric ions, because they are characterized by their well known emission spectra. Therefore, attention is paid to the emission spectra. 6 refs.
