摘要：
Investment totalling almost $7m is set to turn the Muuga port, Tallinn, Estonia, into a major trading gateway to the former Soviet Union. The Estonian government and port authority are to invest in the necessary infrastructure and have announced plans to improve road and rail connections to Russia.
